Andrew Schroeder started his fitness career in 2009 as an intern at Orange Shoe - Fitchburg and was a personal trainer at that location for over 9 years before transitioning to Orange Shoe - University as a trainer and operations manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, where he also played football and assisted in training student-athletes.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: Prioritizing physical wellness has had positive effects on numerous areas of my life. To be able to help others on their own wellness journey is incredibly rewarding.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: There have been many, so I’m going to answer this question more broadly: my favorite experiences involve the change in attitude, energy, and improved self-image of clients as they accomplish things they never thought possible. Simple, positive changes in habit unlock potential they never knew they had!
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: Completing the Tough Mudder.
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: The sense of community created by the trainers and clients. Everyone is invested in each other and it creates a really fun, unique environment.
