Q & A

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: Although I love teaching group fitness classes, I became a personal trainer because I wanted to learn how to individualize fitness and better assist others in reaching their goals towards optimal health and wellbeing.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: One of my favorite client experiences was watching a client who was quadriplegic take his first steps on a zero-gravity treadmill. Then, a year later, watching him progress to taking steps on the floor. His determination and perseverance to overcome the impossible continues to inspire me.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: My proudest physical achievement—so far—was participating in a half-marathon in July of 2018 and accidentally running 15 miles instead of 13.1.
