Steven was a high school wrestler and golfer while also participating in weightlifting. Weightlifting became one of his favorite activities to challenge himself and increase his fitness level to a higher level. I currently attend the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and finishing up a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. I have been certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to train, for 2 and a half years now. I played a lot of soccer growing up and eventually decided to pursue my other passion  which is participating in weightlifting. Weightlifting became one of my favorite activities that I soon took my physique to the stage to compete.

A:  I enjoy educating clients about ways to change their behavior to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Nutrition/physical activity are both important factors that can effect every single person no matter their occupation.
