About
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science, with an emphasis in Coaching, gaining hands-on experience through internships at sports performance centers and working as a high school strength & conditioning coach. Growing up playing sports (softball, basketball, volleyball) sparked my passion for movement and inspired me to pursue a career centered around exercise and wellness. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, getting in a good workout, following sports teams, crocheting, and playing card games.
