Q & A

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping people feel better and move more freely. It’s rewarding to see clients build strength, improve their mobility, and get back to doing the activities they enjoy in daily life.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: One of my favorite experiences was helping out in a Parkinson’s class and seeing clients improve their strength and mobility. It was especially rewarding to watch them regain the ability to stand from a chair on their own.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: My proudest physical achievement is staying consistent with strength training over the years — it's helped me stay grounded and feel strong both physically and mentally.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?

A: I love Orange Shoe because of the supportive team and the chance to really connect with clients. It’s a place where people genuinely care — about fitness and about each other.
