Q & A
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I became a personal trainer because I have always had fitness in my life, and it’s a passion I love sharing with others who also want to live a healthy lifestyle. Knowing that I'm helping people become healthier versions of themselves is so rewarding. You can only get better when you're in the gym!
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: My favorite client experience was training a pastor at a local church who wanted to compete in a triathlon in Chile to raise money for drinking water, but had no prior training experience. Over 1 year he was able to fully prepare and transform his body to compete, along with winning an award!
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: My proudest physical achievement is playing 4 years of collegiate hockey, and being a top 20 team in the country 2 years in a row.
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: I love Orange Shoe because of the diverse community and support everyone has for each other!
