Q & A

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: I found my path to personal training through overcoming nine knee surgeries, which taught me patience, resilience, and trust in the process. That journey helped me build real confidence from the inside out. Now I love helping others grow stronger, not just physically but mentally too. I’m here to make the process feel supportive, empowering, and most importantly, fun!

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: One of my favorite client experiences was working with someone who came in feeling unsure and inconsistent with fitness. We focused on simple, achievable goals and built momentum week by week, prioritizing confidence over perfection. Over time, they became more disciplined, energized, and proud of what they were accomplishing. Seeing them shift not just physically, but in how they carried themselves day to day, was incredibly rewarding!

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: My proudest physical achievement has been rebuilding my body and strength after nine knee surgeries. It took years of patience, consistency, and showing up even when progress felt slow. Coming out of that process stronger, more capable, and pain-free in ways I didn’t think were possible meant everything to me. It proved to me what discipline and resilience can really do.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?

A: I love Orange Shoe because it allows me to build real relationships with clients and be right there with them in their journey. I get to watch people grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves. Even when they doubt their progress, I’m able to help them see how far they’ve come. Being part of that transformation is what makes it so meaningful to me.
