Sean finished with his 2nd year of college in spring 2020 and is taking some time to figure out what kind of a 4 year degree would best serve his future in the fitness industry. He has earned his certification as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and is excited to keep learning as much as he can. Rather than being really good in one area at the expense of another, his current approach to fitness is all about being well rounded. Sean believes that fitness can teach powerful lessons about mindset, goal setting, and life overall that apply outside the walls of the gym.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I want to help people to pursue the things in their lives that truly matter. Our bodies are what we use to do pretty much everything, so helping people to take care of their bodies is a crucial part of that.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I'm looking forward to many favorite client experiences to come.
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: My proudest physical achievement is having completed Ironman Wisconsin in 2017 along with my sister and Uncle. I have a jacket with the names of all the athletes on it and I love seeing our names right next to each other.
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: I love Orange Shoe because the focus is on building habits that will lead to permanent lifelong change.
