- This 8 week program utilizes one weekly thirty-minute interactive webinar. Our certified Habit Coaches will facilitate an interactive workshop that is also supported by a weekly PDF lesson and workbook for people to reference and utilize after the workshop has ended.
- We'll sneak a little bit of movement into the beginning of each workshop by teaching people some simple and effective tricks to reduce the tension and stress that is developed by sitting throughout the course of a workday.
